The sentence was based on three felony charges of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and a misdemeanor charge of failure to comply with underage alcohol laws.
Henry was arrested this past January after the incident with a 15 year old boy that happened over the Christmas Holiday break. In April the Mercer County Prosecutor’s office entered a motion to the Mercer County Common Pleas Court to drop three charges of sexual battery.
Henry previously worked as a teacher at Celina’s IC and Celina City Schools School over her years of service.

“Mercer County Prosecutor Matthew Fox said this was not a victimless crime just because Henry was a woman and the victim was a male, and anyone who said differently or harassed the family regarding their case was “shallow and misogynistic.”
Riddle me this, Batman, a male teacher convicted of sexual relations with a girl gets 20 years and female teach convicted of sexual relations with a boy gets 4.5 years…who is shallow and misandry?
