Unrast was sentenced to 90 days in jail and her license was suspended for a period of 3 to 5 years. Unrast will have work privileges after 180 days. She was also fined 500 dollars and will have to retake the test for her license when her suspension ends.

She only got 90 days in jail for killing a man AND she admitted to using her cell phone?!?!
That poor family lost their son, husband, father and the courts basically told them his life was only worth a 90 jail sentence!

90 days in jail and a lifetime knowing you killed multiple people. Having that on you will haunt you for the rest of your life if you are a normal person. If it were me, that would be worse than jail time.
However, this lady has a history of bad driving. At the VERY LEAST, 3 to 5 years probation isn’t enough.
