Celina – Are you interested in becoming an Ohio State Extension Master Gardener Volunteer? Do you enjoy gardening and helping others learn and grow? If so, this is your opportunity!

The Ohio State University Extension invites individuals with a passion for gardening to apply for the Master Gardener Volunteer Program. Training will be offered through the Mercer County Extension Office in Celina, with classes beginning in Fall 2026. To learn more, join us for an informational meeting on Wednesday, June 24 at 6:00 PM at the Mercer County Agricultural Center, 4978 Mud Pike, Celina. This session will cover the benefits, expectations, and requirements of becoming a Master Gardener Volunteer. This event is part of the long-standing monthly Lawn and Garden Talk series, which provides free educational programs on a variety of horticulture topics for area residents.
