AUGLAIZE COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS

Regular Meeting

Wednesday, June 17, 2026 – 9:30 a.m.

The Board was called into session at 9:30 a.m. by Chairperson Diana Dulebohn. Others present were Board Members Joe Kuhn, Rodney Metz, and Josie Schaub; Director Mark Huber; and Deputy Director Will Crawford; and Secretary of State Liaison Brian Metzbower. Chairperson Dulebohn asked to start the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance and then asked for a prayer.

Metz moved to approve the agenda, as amended, seconded by Kuhn. Voice vote, all yes.

Metz moved to approve the minutes of the May 13 and May 20 meetings, seconded by Schaub. Voice vote, all yes.

Metz moved to approve the vouchers totaling $45,277.36 with the motion seconded by Kuhn. This motion passed with a unanimous voice vote.

Schaub moved to approve the local option for Englefield, Inc. dba St. Marys Duchess. This motion passed with a unanimous voice vote.

Kuhn moved to approve the 2026 Election Administration Plan, as to form pending changes, seconded by Metz. Voice vote, all yes.

The Board also held brief discussions on the following subjects:

• Boundary and Polling Location Changes: Working with the GIS administrator and school administrators for potential changes prior to the May 2027 Primary

• OAEO NW Region Conference: Hosted by Auglaize County BOE on July 10

• Campaign Finance Software: Discussion of options with TriadGSI

• 2026 Election Administration Plan: Process and deadlines

• Voter Mobile Unit: Working with County Commissioners and Administrator

• Elections Assistance Commission: New Certificate of Federal Professional Training

• Veterans Day at the Auglaize County Fair: August 6, 2026, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Chairperson Dulebohn adjourned the meeting at 11:23 a.m.

The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. at the Board of Elections office.
