(7-14-20) Comprehensive Pharmacy Services, LLC (CPS) is the nation’s largest provider of outsourced pharmacy management services. The organization, comprised of 2,500+ employees who serve 800+ healthcare facilities nationwide, announced during their Annual Meeting on June 2, 2020, that their team at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital has received their CPS Best Practices Award.
The CPS Best Practices Award honors a CPS site team that is recognized by their leaders and peers for serving both their company and community. The JTDMHteam was recognized by CPS for their excellence and servitude in alignment with the spirit of the award. More specifically, they were recognized because of how they benefited their organization through their skill and expertise – as well as their dedication in serving caregivers, patients, and staff.

Tyler Kroeger, Director of Pharmacy, was also awarded the Glenn Etow President Award. Tyler joined Grand Lake Health System as the Director of Pharmacy in 2017. He has benefited our organization with his skill and expertise – as well as his dedication to serving caregivers, patients, and staff.
This award recognizes the individual who has consistently overachieved customer and business expectations. Among other qualifications, they provide extraordinary customer service in terms of speed, quality, quantity, initiative, while overcoming the shortage of resources and/or unusual organizational demands. They streamline functional, operational, or administrative processes that result in significant and lasting performance improvement. They also step outside of their normal role to help other employees with important projects of a time-critical nature over a sustained period.
