(9-29-29) Caleb Flynn the 40-year-old husband and father of two preteen daughters who staged a phony break-in at their Tipp City, Ohio home as a cover for fatally shooting his wife, Ashley, on Febtuary 16, the jury in Miami County has concluded after deliberating for 2.5 hours of his guilt.

The jury convicted him on all charges, including aggravated murder.

(COLUMBUS, Ohio) — Ohio Attorney General Andy Wilson issued the following statement regarding today’s guilty verdict in the trial of Tipp City resident Caleb Flynn, who was convicted of murder in the death 7½ months ago of his wife, Ashley:

“This was a complex case that demanded the high levels of expertise, skill and professionalism that are synonymous with the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
 
“As they do in every case, BCI’s forensic experts rose to the occasion, acting as a force multiplier to help local law enforcement secure justice for Ashley’s loved ones.
