(9-3-26) Leigah Hill (21) of Van Wert was booked today on five 1st degree misdemeanor counts of aggravated menacing.

According to online reports it appears this is the situation—

Aggravated menacing is classified as a first-degree misdemeanor in Ohio, which can result in penalties including up to 180 days in jail and a fine of up to $1,000. This charge involves knowingly causing another person to believe that serious physical harm will occur, creating a credible fear of imminent danger. 

She is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on $50,000 bond.
