(7-22-26) Carlos Rivera-Alejandro (29) of Dunkirk was indicted on 48 counts by a Hardin County grand jury on 20 counts of rape, 20 counts of sexual battery, seven counts of gross sexual imposition and one count of grooming.
Documents were filed in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
The incidents allegedly occurred starting in late October 2025 and continued until earlier this month.
The victim has since turned 15 years of age.
Rivera-Alejandro is being held at the Multi-County Jail in Marion. His bond has been set at $750,000.
