(7-19-26) Two women were booked in Mercer County by the Celina Police Department.

Angela Schmitt (47) was booked on a 4th degree misdemeanor of disorderly conduct and 2nd degree misdemeanor of obstructing official business by the Celina Police Department

Gina Schmitt (28) was booked by the Celina Police on a 1st degree misdemeanor of DUI and a 1st degree misdemeanor of endangering children while operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

In Ohio, a first-degree misdemeanor for endangering children while operating a vehicle under the influence (OVI) can lead to significant penalties, including up to 180 days in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.
