DETECT INVESTIGATION LEADS TO METH ARRESTS – On Monday (7/6/2026), the DETECT Drug Task Force, with the assistance of uniform officers, conducted a traffic stop on Main Street near Taco Bell. The passenger was Russell Davis, a fugitive on the run for several months. This traffic stop led to a narcotics investigation and subsequent search warrant being served at 504 E. Wiley Street, Bluffton, Indiana. As a result of these investigations the following criminal arrests were made:

Russell Davis (Age 42) Dealing Methamphetamine and a Parole Retake Warrant

Brittany Adkins (Age 37) Dealing Methamphetamine

Rachael Weber (Age 46) Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Legend Drug, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and a felony drug warrant out of Idaho

Charges are also pending on Joshua Norman (Age 50) for Dealing Methamphetamine
