(9-9-24) The Arcanum Fire Department was dispatched to a structure fire in the 200 block of West 2nd Street at 9:54pm Sunday September 8th. A second and a third alarm was quickly struck due to the size of the fire. Fire crews were able to contain the fire to the garage and a barn that sat adjacent.

No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation by the State Fire Marshal.
