‘No Action Taken’ On Election Falsification Complaint

(9-19-23) At today’s Mercer County Board of Elections special meeting it was decided to dismiss a complaint of election falsification that was sent to them by an individual accusing those that had filed a petition in late 2021 for the removal of four Celina City Council members

During the meeting, the board members reviewed the letter, that was also sent to some media and local officials, after the discussion on the complaint they decided that there was not enough evidence in the complaint to justify an investigation.
