(5-2-23) Spencerville Local Schools has named Brian Woods as their new superintendent starting August 1st. Woods was hired during a special Board of Education meeting on Monday.

Woods is the current middle school principal at Parkway and has held that position for the past eleven years. He returns to Spencerville where in the past he had spent time as a teacher, coach and administrator.

Woods replaces Cynthia Endsley, who resigned this past February. She had worked with the system since December 2019, replacing retired former superintendent Dennis Fuge.
