(3-14-23) On Tuesday, March 14, 2023 Celina Police, with Walmart loss prevention staff, conducted a surveillance of suspected thieves inside the store. Officers and employees witnessed two men Colin Bradburn (47) of Portland, Indiana and his son Prestin Bradburn (23) of Mercer County, Ohio concealing merchandise and then going to a self-checkout.

Both men left the store and were stopped inside their car on the parking lot. They obtained nearly $1000 in merchandise without paying. Both have been banned from Walmart stores in the past. During the arrest they were found in possession of meth as well as criminal tools.
Both men have been incarcerated in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center pending review by the Mercer County Prosecutor Erin Miner. Multiple charges are expected which may include drug possession, theft, burglary and possession of criminal tools.
Colin Bradburn also has a warrant for his arrest from Auglaize County and has been denied bond. Prestin Bradburn is being held on $50,000 bond.
