(12-8-22) At a recent arraignment hearing in Van Wert County Common Pleas Court…Nathan Kreischer (31) of Ohio City, entered a not guilty plea to –

  • 2 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person (2nd degree felony)
  • 2 counts of pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person (2nd degree felony)
  • 2 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person, (3rd degree felony)
  • 2 counts illegal use of a minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance (4th degree felony)

Kreischer was already registered as a Tier II sex offender, in September of 2016 he entered a not guilty plea to a nine-count indictment: disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, a felony 5; importuning, a felony 5; and seven counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor, each a felony 4.

Bond was set at $200,000 cash or commercial surety with a no-contact order.

A pre-trial hearing at the Van Wert County Common Pleas Court is scheduled for 9 a.m. Wednesday, December 21.
