Ft. Recovery VFW Scholarship Awarded

Richard L. Smith, past commander of Fort Recovery VFW,presents the check to Weigel.

(9-2-22) Fort Recovery Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6515 recently awarded a $500 scholarship to 2022 Fort Recovery High School graduate and Mercer County Fair Queen Hannah Weigel, who often volunteered with the organization.

Weigel is attending the University of Kentucky., where she will study kinesiology and exercise science.
