(5-2-22) Hardin County Sheriff Keith Everhart gave details of a two-vehicle crash on State Route 67 that happened around 6:45am this morning.
James Rasnick (48) of Roundhead, driving west in a Mazda, drove to the right side of the road, returned to the road and then traveled into the eastbound lane where his car was struck by a semi tractor trailer unit being operated by James Wade of West Mansfield.
Rasnick was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Hardin County Sheriffโs Office was assisted at the scene by the Multi-County Crash Investigation Team, BKP EMS, Kenton Fire and EMS, Richland Township Fire, Roundhead Fire, the Hardin County Coronerโs Office and Minichโs Towing and Recovery.
The crash remains under investigation.
