(4-10-22) The Lima Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a single-vehicle fatal crash in Bath Township at approximately 6:10 a.m. Sunday on Interstate 75 near mile marker 128.

Cameron Streibel (15) of Galion, was traveling northbound in a 2014 GMC Terrain. The vehicle traveled off the left side of the roadway, struck a drainage culvert and overturned. Alcohol and drugs are suspected to be a factor in the crash, and seat belts were not in use.

The front seat passenger, Colton Bonen (17) of Galion, was pronounced dad at the scene.

Streibel, was transported by EMS to Lima Memorial Hospital with life-threatening injuries…two rear seat passengers were ejected from the vehicle. Harley Sharp (19) and William Morgan (20) both of Galion, were transported by EMS to Lima Memorial Hospital with serious injuries.

Lima Fire Department EMS, Perry Township EMS, Bath Township EMS, Bath Fire Department, Miller Auto Incorporated, and the Allen County Coroner’s Office all assisted at the scene.
