First arriving officers located an adult male lying in the parking lot, suffering from what appeared to be multiple gunshot wounds.  Wells County EMS personnel arrived on scene within a few minutes and provided emergency care for the victim.  The victim was then transported by ambulance to a local Fort Wayne hospital where he remains in serious but stable condition.
