(8-3-20) Timothy Hunnicutt (62) of Rockford was arrested Sunday by Mercer County Sheriff’s Deputies on one 3rd degree felony charge of Having Weapons While Under Disability and two 1st degree misdemeanor charges of aggravated menacing.
Hunnicutt is accused of pointing a handgun at two people at a residence in Rockford. Hunnicutt is being held in the Mercer County Jail on a $75,000 bond (10%) and awaiting a court hearing.
