McDonald is currently serving 30 days for this incident, it was a 90 day sentence with 60 days being suspended. The following was sent to the Outlook on the case.

(8-6-19) Kevin McDonald (38) of Rockford (509 S. Main Street) was arrested and booked on Monday by the Rockford Police Department on 1st Degree misdemeanor charges of inducing panic (Sunday August 4th) after walking outside intoxicated with a firearm (shot gun) after an argument with his wife.
Officers from the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office, Celina and Coldwater Police Departments responded to the area. A short time later McDonald began walking up Main Street without a firearm and was taken into protective custody with out incident by Rockford Police.
McDonald was found guilty by the Celina Municipal Court Judge and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with that 60 days of that time being suspended, contingent that in the next five years he has no more inducing panic convictions, was ordered to obtain a mental health screening and follow all recommendations, ordered not to consume alcohol for the next year and will be subject to random testing from the court as well.
