On Monday, 3-18-2019, detectives from the Celina Police Department and the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office working in cooperation were able to develop information of the whereabouts of Mitch Mullins. Celina Detective Steve Yoder located a suspect vehicle, a white van owned and operated by Jessica Mullins, the victim and spouse of Mullins. Detective Yoder kept the van under surveillance, following it for several miles awaiting for sufficient back up to arrive.
Mullins fled from the van in the area of Southworth Rd. just south of Landeck Rd. in Allen County. Officers from Celina P.D., Delphos P.D., Spencerville P.D along with Deputies from Allen, Auglaize and Mercer County Sheriff’s Offices were on scene as well as the Grand Lake Drug Task Force. A perimeter was established then a K-9 Deputy with Allen Co. Sheriff’s Office performed a track of the area and located Mullins hiding in a brush pile about 100 yards from Southworth Rd. He was taken into custody without incident.
The Celina Police Department would like to thank all agencies involved for their quick response and assistance in the safe apprehension of Mitch Mullins.

He is a pathetic loser who use to flirt with me. Womanizer at its best.

okay first of all. Mitch did a horrible thing by attacking someone for no reason whatsoever .I’m not going to mention any names because everyone knows . plus I don’t think it’s fair .. because it’s been in the paper and everyone knows..
That was totally uncalled for. Mitch obviously has major anger issues. I don’t think he has a lot of confidence in himself meaning I don’t believe he likes himself as a person
l believe he needs intensive psychiatric and psychological treatment that needs to be monitored through the courts so if he does not do it he goes directly back to jail or l. I believe the Law should be involved and the form of physically administrating his medication because Mitch will not do it himself period. okay the last thing is the sentence he should receive for what he has done. everything I said before what’s about before he heads off to prison and during prison..about the psychiatric help and all that
Okay I believe Mitch Mullins will be sentenced to between 10 and 15 years in prison with no chance to get out. I understand the frustration by you know the charges and the judge and the prosecutor and stuff but just wait let me say something. now listen people I do believe the prosecutor will up the charges to attempted murder and the judge will find or a jury will find him guilty. at least I hope the prosecutor does up the charges quite a bit to attempted Tim victim of that The only problem is the charge against him I believe maybe a felony domestic violence. and I do believe the judge and prosecutor during these types of blogs from people. Okay now it’s time for me to hammer Mitch. I believe the judge Ingram and the. they will make an example out of him and if he gets anything less than 10 years I will be shocked. I believe he’s going to spend at least 10 to 15 years in prison without getting out early like he has been doing. Okay if you look at it. He’s not only going to get nailed by the parole board with time hanging over his head he has to finish from a previous whatever crime. But now he’s got all of these current charges he’s going to get hammered on. so my guess is that Mitch Mullins would do between 10 and 15 years in prison and will not I repeat will not get out one day early. And last but not least Mitch learn something from this and shame on you!!
