(6-3-26) Three individuals were recently booked into the Mercer County Adult Detention Center.
Anthony Norris (39) of Celina was just sentenced today on a 4th degree felony charge of sexual battery.

In Ohio, a conviction for sexual battery can be charged at different felony levels depending on the circumstances. Under current Ohio law, sexual battery involving sexual contact (rather than sexual conduct) with a victim under age 18 can be a fourth-degree felony (F4) sexual contact (rather than sexual conduct) with a victim under age 18 can be a fourth-degree felony (F4)
A plea deal was agreed to that led to the conviction.

After being released in April, he was booked today after sentencing and is now being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center with no bond.

The three below were all booked into the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on misdemanor charges.
