(6-7-26) Toledo Police say shots rang out near the Old West End Festival around 5:37 p.m. on Saturday injuring 12 individuals. Two shooters are believed to have been involved in the incident.

The shooting took place at the annual gathering of live music and home tours in the historic district of the city.

Police say the youngest victim is about 14 years old and the oldest is 61 years old.
