(8-2-18) Cridersville Police Chief John Drake has been placed on paid administrative leave. Drake has been Cridersville Police Chief since 1996. Named as acting chief is Lieutenant Brian Creech.
According to Cridersville Mayor Rick Walls an investigation is being conducted by the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification. The investigation process has already started inside the Chief’s office on Tuesday.
