Mount Tabor Youth

Philippians 2:4
Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.

(6-28-17) The Mt.Tabor Church of God, led by Youth Pastor Kyle Stoker, had over 160 people from around the country ranging from Texas, Missouri and Iowa. The group completed over 35 projects while working on low income, senior citizen and veteran’s homes in the Rockford,  Celina and Mendon area this past weekend.

Projects completed ranged from wheel chair ramps,  painting, deck repair and the building of new projects if needed.

Kyle Stoker-
This project went very well. It went from being a small trip where we thought we would be able to help around 5 families to being able to work on over 30 projects. The families that we were able to help were some of the greatest people we could have helped as they were very appreciative and a great representation of our area to people from all over the country. This project was one of the most rewarding things I have ever been blessed to have the opportunity to lead and I look forward to doing it again in the future. Thank you to everyone who was apart of this and allowed such a powerful thing to occur in our community.
