TOLEDO, Ohio (9-10-26) – Brittany Ritter, a missing person from Lucas County, was found dead in Elkhart, Indiana, according to the Lucas County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO).

It is with sadness that the Lucas County Sheriff’s Office confirms that Brittany Ritter has been located deceased in Indiana.

The Lucas County Sheriff’s Office is currently working with law enforcement authorities in Elkhart, Indiana, as the investigation into the circumstances surrounding her death continues. Because this remains an active investigation, no additional details are available for release at this time.
