(8-26-26) Cassandra Hawkins (46) of Celina was booked by the Celina Police Department on a 5th degree felony of possession of drugs.

A fifth-degree felony (F5) for drug possession in Ohio is the least serious felony level, but it still carries 6 to 12 months in prison and a fine of up to $2,500. [1]
