(9-18-18) After failing to appear in court earlier this month to face charges, Cassandra Hawkins (38) of Celina was picked up on a warrant on Saturday and taken to the Mercer County Detention Facility. She was later released.
Hawkins has been indicted on 65 felonies, including forging of 63 checks (from December 2017 to May 2018) that total over $27,000 from her employer, Lockwood Performance. She also is being charged on Grand Theft and theft from a person in a protected class (nearly $1,600 in wages).
