(8-3-26) A Shelby County two-vehicle crash was reported this morning at around 9:36 a.m.

 A 2020 Ford Fusion, driven by Susan Eilerman, turned off Dawson Road onto SR 47 from a stop sign. 

She failed to yield the right-of-way and was hit by a semi-truck towing another semi-truck going west on SR 47. 

Both women were pronounced dead at the scene…Susan Eilerman (84) and Sharon Eilerman (64) both of Fort Loramie.

The driver of the semi-truck, Mitchell Siegel (32) of Versailles was treated for minor injuries at the scene. 

The crash remains under investigation.
