Dan Broering, President/CEO of The Peoples Bank Co., announces the recent promotion of Yvonne Dues, Deanna Bowman, and Mitchell Slemmons.

Yvonne Dues, Vice President of Human Resources and Compliance, steps into the role previously held by Kim Bruns, who retired after an incredible 42 years of dedicated service to PBC.

Yvonne joined the bank in July 2023 as a Credit Analyst. She holds a degree from the University of Cincinnati and lives in Coldwater with her husband and three sons. Her attention to detail, practical mindset, and steady leadership will continue to strengthen the bank as she takes on these new responsibilities.

Deanna Bowman, Branch Manager and Loan Officer, brings an impressive breadth of knowledge and energy from over 30 years of banking experience.

We were thrilled to welcome her to our St. Marys Branch in August 2024, and she has now stepped into the Branch Manager role with enthusiasm and confidenceโ€”following the remarkable 45-year legacy of Linda Vogel, who recently retired.

Deanna and her husband reside in St. Marys. We are excited for the leadership, warmth, and community spirit she brings to the branch.

Mitchell Slemmons, Network Administrator, was recently promoted to Officer.

Mitchell continues his concentration on network and systems security and compliance. Mitchell began his banking career in January of 2021. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Indiana Tech. His expertise and experience in systems administration and networking have added to the strength of the Bankโ€™s security in technology.
Mitchell lives in St. Marys close to his family. We are thrilled to have Mitchell on our team and look forward to his growth and leadership.
