(5-20-26) Brian Jennings (56) of St. Marys will be formally arraigned Friday, May22,2026 following his arrest recently on 14 sex-related offenses, including rape.

Jennings was indicted by the May session of the Allen County grand jury and charged with four counts of rape, felonies of the first degree; five counts of sexual battery, third-degree felonies; and five counts of gross sexual imposition, third- and fourth-degree felonies.

Jennings is accused of engaging in sexual conduct with another whose ability to resist or consent was “substantially impaired because of a mental or physical condition or because of advanced age.” Other rape charges allege the use of force or threat to carry out similar sexual conduct. The acts are said to have occurred between 2010 and 2020.

He is being held in the Allen County Jail on a $350,000 bond.
