VAN WERT COUNTY, OHIO (5-20-26) — Maumee Valley Network (MVN) has announced Ronald “Ron” Lamb of Van Wert County as the April recipient of the MVN American Flag Giveaway Program.

Lamb, a United States Air Force Vietnam veteran, was nominated through the Maumee Valley Network Facebook page by Jay Le’lamb, who described him as a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who has endured hardships through “duty, health, and sacrifice” while continuing to bring smiles to those around him.
Mr. Lamb recently received his American flag from Gabriel Etzler of Lee Kinstle Sales & Service during the monthly presentation.
The MVN American Flag Giveaway Program recognizes veterans and community members who have demonstrated service, sacrifice, leadership, and dedication to others. Community members submit nominations through the pinned post on the Maumee Valley Network Facebook page, with recipients selected monthly based on merit and community impact.
The program is made possible through a partnership between Maumee Valley Network, Lee Kinstle Sales & Service, and Collins Flags.
