(4-20-26) If you’ve been thinking about a career in healthcare, Vantage Career Center offers a fast and affordable way to get started.

Through Vantage Adult Education, the Practical Nursing program gives students the opportunity to train for a rewarding career in as little as 11 months. The program combines classroom learning, hands-on lab experience, and clinical training in real healthcare settings, helping students build the skills and confidence needed to succeed.

Graduates are prepared to take the NCLEX-PN licensure exam and begin careers as Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). LPNs are in demand in hospitals, nursing homes, doctor’s offices, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.

For those who need a schedule with more flexibility, Vantage also offers a 22-month Practical Nursing Prep option. This pathway is ideal for students balancing work, family, or other responsibilities while working toward a future in nursing.

The next 11-month Practical Nursing class begins September 8, 2026. Enrollment requirements must be completed by July 31, 2026, and accepted students will attend a mandatory orientation on August 17, 2026.
