(9-20-25) Lori Secrest (57) of Ft. Recovery was indicted on numerous charges by a Grand Jury on September 18th.

Charges include…3rd degree felony of theft without consent, 5th degree felony of theft, beyond express, implied consent and a 5th degree felony, utter, with purpose to utter

After being booked she was released.

Secrest is scheduled for arraignment and pre-trial hearing on September 24th at 9:30am.
