(8-12-25) Redkey (Indiana) Town Council decided at a special meeting last night to terminate police officer Chris Jackโs employment, effective immediately.

Council membersโ 4-1 decision, council member โWatermellonโ Jim Phillips voted against termination, came after an executive session held to discuss Jackโs alleged infractions of the townโs personnel policy. Jack was suspended with pay last month and cited with a major infraction for allegedly โcommitting an act of violence or an act of improper or immoral conduct while employed by the Town.
