(4-22-25) This past weekend the Celina Police arrested Andrew Scott Hesse (44) on a 5th degree felony charge of possession of drugs and a 1st degree misdemeanor charge of possessing drug abuse instruments.

Hesse is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center and is being held on a $50,000 (10%) bond pending an upcoming appearance in the Mercer County Common Pleas Court on April 25th.
