(6-6-24) Red Lobster plans on closing 93 restaurants following its bankruptcy last month, they will not be shutting any of them down until the court approves its plan.
Red Lobster said that it had more than $1 billion in debt and less than $30 million in cash on hand. It plans to sell its business to its lenders, and in turn, it will receive financing to stay afloat. Part of its plan including closing some locations of its nearly 600 restaurants.

Red Lobsters in Lima and Piqua were not on the list, in Indiana the Ft. Wayne and Muncie locations will remain open.
