(11-29-23) Luginbill Construction has been named the Rockford Chamber 2023 Business of the Year.

Luginbill Construction started in 2016 and is owned by brothers Drew and Lucas Luginbill along with Marcus Heitkamp.

Luginbill Construction specializes in the following:

* New Construction of homes, garages, shops, and pole barns

* New roofs, additions, and remodels

*Occasionally large commercial projects

This year, Luginbill Construction purchased Van Wert Glass and created a Celina location called Lakeview Glass. They offer replacement glass, windows, and door installations.

Dumpster and Storage Unit Rentals are other services provided by Luginbill Construction.

Luginbill Construction is community minded, purchasing and renovating what now houses RSP Gym and Wellness 365 in downtown Rockford. They are proud supporters of: Rockford’s Veteran Memorial in Hedges Park, WRKD Rockford’s Best Mix, Parkway Sports, and Parkway Athletic Boosters.
