(5-17-23) The body of Charlenea O’Neal (40) of Piqua was found in Shelby County outside of Port Jefferson.

During the investigation of O’Neal’s disappearance two people, Julie Jenkins (43) and Daniel King (51), were arrested by the Piqua Police Department on charges of possession of drugs and obstruction a felony.

Jenkins is originally from Piqua and King from Sidney and both are now homeless.

An investigation remains ongoing by the Piqua Police Department.
