(5-2-23) Jeremy Clarkson (41) of Greenwood, Indiana was arrested this week by Mercer County Sheriff’s Deputies after he was indicted by a Mercer County Grand Jury on April 20th and charged with a 5th degree felony charge of receiving stolen property. The incident took place on March 13th, 2023..

Clarkson’s initial Mercer County Common Pleas Court appearance is scheduled for tomorrow at 11am. He is being held at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center with no bond.

Receiving Stolen Property

A fifth-degree felony to receive a stolen credit card, blank check, license plate, a blank motor vehicle registration form, a blank driver’s license, or any property valued from $1,000-$7,500. A fifth-degree felony has the maximum penalty of 6 months to 1 year and fines up to $2,500.
