(3-31-23) Zackary Scott Goodwin (27) of Wapakoneta was indicted yesterday on two 1st degree felony charges of rape. Goodwin was served yesterday with a warrant by the Auglaize County Sheriff’s Office after the indictment was filed and was taken to the Auglaize County Common Pleas Court.

Goodwin was originally arrested on the charge on March 26th.

Goodwin is being housed in the Auglaize County Jail and is waiting for his next court appearance.
