(3-21-23) Serina Siano (26) of Mendon has been indicted by a Grand Jury on felony charges of two aggravated vehicular homicide (2nd degree and 3rd felonies) and operating a vehicle under the influence of marijuana stemming from a fatal December 19th traffic accident.

According to the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office accident report, Siano ran a stop sign at the intersection of Rice and Oregon Roads in Mercer County on December 19th. Siano struck a vehicle driven by Becky Fuson (43) of Celina. Fuson would die from her injuries. Siano is due to make her initial court appearance in Mercer County Common Pleas on Wednesday March 29th.

Obituary for Becky J. Fuson

Becky J. Fuson, age 43, of Celina, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 19, 2022 at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys. She was born September 21, 1979 in St. Marys to Daniel and Jamet (Irish) Donovan. On November 3, 2001 she united in marriage to Jeremy Fuson and he survives at the residence in Celina.

She is also survived by her children, Trenten and Kendell Fuson, both of Celina; her mother, Jamet Donovan, Mendon; a sister, Christy (Michael) Krnac, Cleveland; three brothers, Dennis (Heather) Donovan, Ohio City, Michael (Courtney) Donovan, Richmond, Kentucky and John (Britany) Donovan, Genoa, Ohio; mother and father-in-law, Terri (Darrell) Fuson, Celina; sisters-in-law, Casie (Brian) Werntz, Celina; brother-in-law, Justin (Kiley) Weitz, St. Henry; and 14 nieces and nephews.

Becky is preceded in death by her father, Daniel Donovan.

Becky was a 1997 graduate of Parkway High School in Rockford, Ohio. She worked at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital as a surgery tech.

She enjoyed camping, dot painting, cross stitching and most of all being a mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend to many.
