(3-19-23) The Darke County General Health District will distribute free Narcan for certain opioid users.
To qualify, the department gave the following guidelines:

A voluntary request from a family member, friend, peace officer, or other person in a position to assist an individual who there is reason to believe is at risk of experiencing an opioid-related overdose can also be made.
