(3-11-22) Alan Bricher (30) of Coldwater was sentenced yesterday to a minimum of 8 years in prison in Mercer County Common Pleas Court by visiting judge Stephen Wolaver of Greene County.
Bricher was found guilty on all charges by a Jury on March 9th on seven counts after deliberating for around two hours. The defense made a motion for acquittal several times but it was denied each time.
Bricher, who was originally arrested in May of 2022, could end up serving as many as 12 years in prison under this sentence.
