(1-23-23) Kellee Carpenter (40) of Celina was arrested today on charges of aggravated possession of drugs and charges of tampering and falsification that involve a fraud involve the Social Security Administration.

The Mercer County Grand Jury indicted (see below) Carpenter in Mercer County Common Pleas Court on January 19th.

Carpenter is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Facility without bond pending a Mercer County Common Pleas appearance.
