(9-6-22) The Celina Police arrested Brandon Moyar (40) of St Marys on Saturday (9-3-22) on a 1st degree Misdemeanor charge of domestic violence (knowingly cause physical harm).

Moyar is accused of choking and biting his live-in girlfriend. Officers were able to observe obvious red marks and cuts on the victim’s finger.

Moyar is presently free on bond. A not guilty plea was entered on his behalf. A pre-trial hearing on September 21st is scheduled in Celina Municipal Court.
