(7-25-22) Susan Elaine Baumer (54) of St Marys has been arrested by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office on a 5th degree felony charge of theft by deception. She was indicted on July 21st.

Baumer is accused of theft by deception of over $4,135.18 in cash from Murphys USA on or about May 17th, 2022. Baumer is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center, with no bond, pending a Mercer County Common Pleas Court hearing.
