(7-1-20) The 2020 Mercer Health Charity Ball has been canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Charity Ball, the annual fundraiser hosted by the Medical, Educational, and Development (MED) Foundation in support of the local healthcare system, was scheduled for November 21.
Deb Hemmelgarn, Director of the MED Foundation, shared –
“The Charity Ball Committee and I are devastated to share this news with you. Our hearts are saddened to not have the event this year, but our minds know it is the best decision. We are committed to doing our part to help protect our guests, sponsors, vendors and our local healthcare system.”
The affiliated Corvette Reverse Raffle will continue as planned on November 21, and tickets are available now. Purchase your chance to win an all-new redesigned 2020 Blade Silver Metallic Corvette Stingray Coupe at the following locations:

Tickets can also be purchased online at www.mercer-health.com or by contacting the MED Foundation at 419-678-5679. Only 1,000 tickets will be sold and the winner of the car need not be present to win. A $50,000 cash option is also available to the winner.
The Charity Ball committee is currently exploring options to offer an online experience for the raffle. Additional information will be shared as it becomes available.
