(1-4-20)  Charles Summers (70) and his wife Vicki Summers (69) of Pataskala will go on trial starting April 27th on 62 misdemeanor charges in Celina Municipal Court.

The Summers pleaded not guilty to the charges against them this past July.

The Summers are the parents of former Fort Recovery teacher Christopher Summers  who is presently serving over 20 years in prison (who was 33 at the time) after he pleaded guilty to sexual battery charges in 2013 involving a 16 year old female student at the school.

A pending case is waiting trial in the Ohio Supreme Court concerning a records request by Charles Summers for information pertaining to his son’s court case.
